As we enter 2017
our TASK is multipled with the influx of large quantity of funds
into the Banking System on account of Govt's surge operations.
The total workforce at the counters are over burdened not only in
handling the situation also on account of multiple instructiuons on a
'dawn to dusk basis' !
Nevertheless we
did it as acknowledged by the PM, though some scar created on account of
actions of a handful few in connivance with the Power that be !
Now we stand
before to face the ongoing further attacks on work force of the Bank
by way of structural and other changes that are in the offing.
We take a pledge to face it more Squarely and Boldy for we have
a duty to the Public in keeping the sound structure of one of the
Finest Financial system of the World as acknowedged world wide !
In this
ongoing task of ours we Count upon your unstinted co-operation with
